Big whoop. This "news" isn't worth the space it takes up on a web page.

This is good news, it's a positive. Southpark needs this, badly.

SouthPark, not Southpark.

Barclay Downs Drive, not Road.

Otherwise, thanks for the report. I wondered if this thing had stalled.

Hater alert for 12:55 PM.

More homes for the rich, so they can live at Southpark mall or the spa-like Harris Teeter there where all the teaparty soccer moms go. These people will split hell wide open one day.

Looks like you were able to spew hate at most groups in Charlotte. Is there anyone you like, besides your self?

Your mother, at 1:01pm!

Sorry, but you are a liar. That is NOT most groups in Charlotte, only the sad ones you know apparently. Most of us are uptown and in other areas where we don't have to put up with such. Is there anyone you like more than yourself? You make me sick to my stomach. Now go back and start your shopping again.

Luxury homes are not what southpark needs. I thought they were due for some planned affordable housing to be put up soon?

And increase crime in one of the only safe neighborhoods left?

No, you fool, we just don't want to register with every bloody site there is. I would say the same either way. It's still an online anonymous forum, REGARDLESS. Give me break.

By the way, perhaps you are the lowest form of life, and no doubt a damn southpark lover.

Affordable housing increases crime? You should be ashamed of your vile, racist comments. If I was down in southpark, I would spit in your face for that.

Anonymous said...

Southpark is NOT a safe neighborhood.

And yours should be written in the toilet. You republican elitits down there make me sick.

You Progs have to be some of the meanest, spiteful people I have ever seen. If you can't make it for yourselves, you just take it from others (or have .Gov do it for you). Welcome to 3rd world USSA

And the teabaggers are some of the most non-caring, self-righteous, self-centered, and greedy ______s I have ever seen. All you know is 'this is MY money', 'every man for himself', 'I want to form my own town', 'waaaaaaaaaah'.

Everyone should be responsible for each other, not just themselves. In case you were in a coma during the last election, your 1950s Leave it to Beaver mentality is all but dead. Hopefully things will continue to change, and for the better.

I live in South Park. I hate TEA-KLANS and republican'ts. I am always in favor of a growing SP, but I am also aware of the repub shallow dorks that are my neighbors.

Why should I or anyone else be responsible for people who make poor life choices or refuse to better themselves? How about personal responsibility.

Anonymous said...

Well, first of all, how can you say that you are having to be responsible for people who are 'making poor life choices'? Just because someone is on government assistance, you are saying that they have made a poor life choice?

That, flat out, is exactly why the above post is correct about how conservatives are. Not everyone who needs help and should be taken care of by US ALL, has chosen not to better themselves.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

>This< what?

If someone is on .Gov assistance for more than 2 years and they are not physically disabled then yes, the have made poor life choices that I should not have to pay for. Where do you Progs think the money is going to come from to pay for all of this free cheese. You can tax the rich, and they will leave (ask the UK, France how that is working out) You can print more money, how are those food and energy prices working out for you so far? So in all of your liberal compassion, where are you going to get the money to pay for all of your programs?
The math does not lie. You need to detach from your emotions and start thinking rationally.

Oh my Lord, I see where this is going. To the person trying to make sense of what the republican has on their brain: Don't bother.

You will waste valuable time. They will never change and they truly do believe that everyone is trying to take their money, and no one is any good except them - and their kind.

Anonymous said...

Well, there is a special place in the pits of Hell for them....I'll tell you that.

Anonymous said...

Cool, personal attacks. Now how about where the money for all of your compassion is going to come from. Simple question.

I'm am definitely the dumber for having scrolled through and read these comments.

Pass the popcorn because the fighting going on is SO junior high.

Lived in SouthPark for 2 yrs and don't miss it. Visit anyplace around there and people are just in some sort of a daze. They won't look you in the eye or are stuck to their iphone's. Go to SouthPark Mall or the Barnes & Noble across the street and see if you can even make conversation with anyone... Even the new Whole Foods market is the same thing. I went in twice and the only people who seem normal are the ones behind the cash register. Everyone else acts like they're in a hurry. You can't say hello to anyone without them giving you a strange look.

It is sad that Charlotte has become a Mecca for hate. The days if civil discourse are gone as have Charlotte's once always courteous drivers.

I am slowly beginning to accept these facts, and understand why my family lives in a gated community, dines at the club and seldom seek out new resturants or even go to a movie.

They simply don't want to deal with the same people who post the hate filled comments above.
